Aged Pinot character, rich, savory. This Traditional Method Blanc de Noirs is made from Leelanau Peninsula Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and displays biscuit and ripe fruit aromas and subtle umami-like flavors.

Production notes
Grapes are hand picked and whole cluster pressed in the fall. Mainly cuveé fractions are used for this product. The juice is fermented in stainless steel after settling. The wine is blended, filtered and then tirage bottled during the winter/spring the following year. The wine is aged for a minimum of 24 months en tirage until it is riddled, and disgorged.
