bigLITTLE 2019 Treehouse 750ml
Tasting notes
Bruised red fruits brushed with oak, ripe pear, dry and crisp.
Pairings: Bacon, mushroom sauces, carbonara
Production notes
Grapes are hand picked and whole cluster pressed. This is a white wine made from red grapes since the wine is not fermented on skins. The wine is fermented in neutral french oak barrels, undergoes malolactic fermentation and ageing on lees until it is filtered and bottled.

Back Label Text:
My brother and I remember climbing the ladder to our treehouse, our view of the world changing from ground-dweller to tree-dweller as we ascended to our perch. In the same vein, this wine is a different look at a familiar grape.
Treehouse is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that were hand-picked and whole cluster pressed. Neutral oak primary and malolactic fermentations, and abundant lees contact give this wine its curves.
